Mark has over 18 years of expertise and is recognized as a talent acquisition/management leader in Staffing, Professional/Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), strategy and transformation. His background includes ISO implementation and certification, talent acquisition/sourcing, sales/business development, process re-engineering, financial management, training, technology evaluation/selection/implementation, and legal oversight.
Experience
Prior to endevis, Mark was a Partner at Adecco RPO/TalentTrack, a $27 billion global provider of workforce management solutions and one of the nation’s top RPO companies (according to the industry publication, "HRO Today"). As Vice President of Operations/Delivery, he had executive oversight of all delivery teams, technology, processes, and measurement (KPI’s, OLA’s, SLA’s). Mark also held a Director level position with Spherion, a $3 billion global talent organization, and has extensive consulting experience with Global Fortune 500 accounts.
Education
Mark has Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Toledo. He holds the industry distinction of Certified Personnel Consultant.
