He has proven expertise in business and account development, strategic account management, and research and implementation. His talent acquisition experience covers many verticals, including the healthcare, medical devices, energy, consumer goods and automotive industries
Experience
Prior to endevis, Ron was a partner at Adecco RPO/TalentTrack, a $27 billion global provider of workforce management solutions and one of the nation’s top RPO companies (according to the industry publication, "HRO Today"). As Executive Vice President, he was responsible for leading solutions architecture which encompassed design, technology, launch and implementation. Prior to his partnership with TalentTrack, Ron held a management role at Spherion where he first began to work with Fortune 500 organizations by creating and implementing programs with annual expenditures in the multi millions.
Education
Ron has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He holds the industry distinction of Certified Personnel Consultant.
