Wayne has had a long career in the human capital arena. He has spent the last 17 years in the professional staffing and talent acquisition industry. His vast experience began with “running a desk”, to operations management through executive leadership. His operational and executive leadership experiences include: recruitment and search, professional staffing, RPO, corporate outplacement and career transition services. He has held numerous HR consulting positions and is recognized for his thought leadership. Wayne has been quoted in numerous national publications and is sought out for speaking engagements in the many aspects of human resources.
Experience
While with Spherion's Professional Services group, Wayne spent 17 years starting and growing numerous sites and teams into a region generating a record $60M in revenue. As a company Vice President, he led the group’s first ever RPO engagement and managed the most diverse skill set verticals in the entire business unit. Recognized as a subject matter expert, Wayne has trained hundreds of Staffing professionals through a corporate university type program that earned “best in class” distinction. This program was one of the first of its kind for the Staffing industry. Prior to Spherion’s acquisition of Aim Executive, Wayne was a senior leader and equity partner.
Education
Wayne earned his an MBA from Marshall University and a bachelor’s degree from Glenville State College in West Virginia. He holds the industry distinction of Certified Personnel Consultant.
